this is a great vegan anti-oxidant. i use it with vitamin c and Q-10 during winter. my partner and i rarely get sick now. however, if you order it during warm months, the olive oil starts to seep out of the vitamin. vegan essentials assured me it was still safe to take, but it stains your hands purple and you can't return it. buy in the fall/winter and it is awesome.
