This is probably the second best vegan Mac I've had thus far, with the best being a brand that Whole Foods used to carry which was (is?) put out by a restaurant in NYC at a whopping $20 a pop (no thanks). The prepping is simple, and prep time quick. I highly recommend this product as it is very much satisfies the Mac n'Cheese craving. Full disclosure, my standard for a satisfactory product is mostly based on my memory of Velveeta Cheese Shells. Take my review for what it's worth. The only bummer is this isn't the greatest Mac when eaten cold (on account of its refrigerated texture), yet another personal standard for one to do with it what they will.
