These are great for snacking but I really love them in my salad.
A sublime snack. They are simply tasty beyond description. I cannot imagine not loving these to bits! Shower some on your salad (if you can stop putting them directly in your mouth long enough).
I try to grab a pack of this lightly salted roasted edamame before I get on an airplane. It's nonperishable, resealable and stashable, and it's veg protein that sates me -- which makes trips a lot easier. The health food stores in New York City seem to often have *other* flavors of this brand of roasted edamame, but it's kind of hard to find the lightly salted flavor, which is my favorite!
I didn't like them at first, some other reviewer said they're like peanuts, so I was expecting that, and they're not even close. I tried them again though and I've grown to love them. Healthy, fiber filled salty snack. I would highly recommend these.
