This sushi sauce is delicious. Despite being known as 'eel sauce' there is no eel in this sauce. :) It is a delicious, sweet soy sauce that has the thickness of bbq sauce. It is fantastic added onto sauteed Be Leaf Vegan Shrimp and served with jasmine rice. The Be Leaf Vegan Shrimp is sold by Vegan Essentials also. It's delicious!
