I have been taking these for more than a year now. It contains good amount of DHA and EPA. Small pills with no after-taste. When it comes to after-taste some might be more sensitive than others, but I would definitely suggest to give this one a shot before other products.
This is my favourite vegan omega 3 pill. It is small and doesn't have any after taste.
