I really like all the Everyday Dal products, even though I'm a spicy wimp!! I add coconut milk & other veggies & maybe beans or grains to lower the spiciness "for me". I'd bet that someone who enjoys spiciness would definitely like this. I can see & taste the quality in all the Mai Kamal Everyday Dal products!!
