These eggs taste great! not dried and lots of flavor
This is very similar to other fried vegan eggs, but I found it to be a tad bit thicker and the yolk to be more substantial and creamier. The other fried eggs are slightly thinner, so they get crispier all around. This brand of eggs doesn't separate the eggs with wax paper like the others do, so keep that in mind. I was looking for something to peel off, and I realized that was the edible bean paper. I pan-fried it and enjoyed a wonderful egg sandwich.
