This is by far ... the best vegan cheese I have ever tasted!!!! Seriously.. the flavor and texture are PERFECT!!! This will be a staple in my fridge...
This time we ordered three wheels of this supremely and, intensely satisfying cheese because nothing says "supremely and intensely satisfying" like MORE!!!
A wheel of Miyoko's Smoked English Farmhouse Cheese is a dangerous thing: pop a piece of it in your mouth, savor it -- and another morsel of this brilliant cheese will certainly have to follow. Truth: if I were told that I must select a single cheese, and eat only this cheese - no other - for the rest of my life, I would choose this cheese. (Of course, I will probably never be forced to make this choice, however let me go on record as making it hypothetically.) This cheese is a marvel: dense texture in a smoky semisoft cheese that takes cheeseburgers (and anything else you add it to) to a whole new level of umami goodness. My favorite way to love this cheese is in cubes with a bunch of chilled organic grapes of any kind or wedges of clementines taken from the fridge or a huge bowl of perfect organic grape tomatoes. The flavor lingers, the finish of this cheese is intensely satisfying. Hooray for Miyoko who has crafted this stupendous cheese. Real cheese. Real food.  Accept no substitute.
