Fabulous flavor. Got messy in the fridge though between the seasonings on the cheese and the little moisture, so had to freeze it. Thaws quickly within 15 minutes or so. Cheese is pretty soft but is the first nondairy cheese I could enjoy with crackers. Any other nondairy cheese is gross without heating. Highly recommend this one.
