This is amazing. I can't even bear the taste of the mainstream vegan pepperjack knockoffs after this. Really delicious and texturally similar to real cheese, melts so well. Try it in a quesadilla. It's pretty spicy, definitely spicier than many pepperjacks, so be prepared. If you can handle spicy you'll be fine, it's not as crazy as some other ghost pepper stuff. My only issue is that its usually sold out and pretty hard to find. And to the review saying why they can't figure out why it's so spicy... ghost peppers are one of the hottest peppers ,)
The best vegan pepper-jack I've had so far. I put some corn chips in a bowl with this cheese and cover it with a plate, melting it in the microwave. It tastes just like the nachos I used to have with regular pj cheese.
Nice level of spice. Good have used a little more "cheesy" flavor. Texture was good.

yes, it's spicy. it's GHOST PEPPER cheese. no, it doesn't have the texture of diary cheese. but its unique texture has us craving it and ordering it (and the other delicious uncreamy flavors - havarti dill and smoked gouda) over and over. really delicious stuff.
