    Best Vegan Cheese I've ever had

    Best vegan cheese I've ever had! Excellent taste and consistency. Melts beautifully on grilled cheese, hot sandwiches etc.

    unique and wonderful

    I see a lot of critiques for the uncreamery's texture, but we actually really love it. It's not similar to dairy cheese. But it's tasty, unique, melts nicely, and is something we end up craving and ordering over and over. The smokey flavor on this one is really fantastic, although I wouldn't confuse it with what I remember dairy gouda tasting like. This is like a totally other delicacy. Think of the "gouda" as a tasting note for a different kind of food product. I hope they never change the recipe.
