    Oh my... is this for real?

    I can't believe how amazing this is. If you love truffle flavoring, then this cheese will get stuck in your head with endless cravings. I grabbed it on a whim at Rainbow in SF, and have never had a non-milk cheese that was so good it wasn't just a replacement for cheese but had surpassed it. I see that there's another "gourmet truffle brie" non-milk cheese available, and I made the mistake of giving it a chance when the Uncreamery wheel was sold out. Mistake. I'll have to wait for the uncreamery brie to get back in stock, this is one of the reasons we drive all the way to Rainbow.
