    Surprisingly Good

This dried pasta meal was surprisingly good -- it took almost twice as long to cook as the package indicated it should (the instructions aren't the greatest), but the result was really tasty and satisfying. It made a LOT, and tasted far better than I expected it to taste. It obviously doesn't taste as good as fresh pesto pasta, but I will be keeping it on hand for easy, quick meals.
