This is delicious like everything Violife touches. I prefer Epic cheddar original though. The smoke ended up obscuring some of that subtle and so very accurate sharp cheese taste. But still great.
This cheese is just really good. Just smoky enough. It's great by itself or in a grilled cheese sandwich. It's addicting!
I am so glad I bought this. It’s creamy and has just enough smoked flavor to compliment the base cheese flavor without being overpowering. I normally don’t particularly enjoy cheez by itself but I can eat this one just fine with fruit and honi. Yay :D
