not like haloumi, still delicious
kind of tastes like edam. delicious and cheesy and versatile. grills beautifully. very different taste and texture from haloumi (grilled mediterranean cheese it's imitating) though.

OMG!!!! YUM YUM !!! DELICIOUS
The first time I tried this cheese I could not believe how good it was!!! I thought I was dreaming! I live in TX , so shipping gets expensive and I knew I was not going to be ordering as soon as I wanted ... so I enjoyed my cheese little pieces at at time, I grated it and made it last.... so on my next order I ordered 6 of this only for me... Haa ha ha ... I ordered Parmesan for my hubby... you've got to try it!!!! It's amazing!!!!

This is so yummy. I heated my George Foreman grill and threw it on there for about 10 min (turning it over and repositioning diagonal halfway through). It tasted like the cheese sauce from macaroni and cheese or even velveeta. It was warm and gooey and had slight grill marks. It was great.
