This is HANDS DOWN the BEST Vegan Cheese! It tastes like Gouda! My Husband who eats dairy said this was BETTER than dairy Gouda! I've searched for YEARS for a delicious vegan cheese-this is IT!!

The texture was not gouda, but this cheese was delicious. It could easily be used in a smoky dip or as a melted cheese. I will definitely buy this again.
