Wicked Kitchen’s authentic sourdough base is cooked to perfection in a traditional wood-fired oven until it is crisp and light. It is then topped with Wicked Kitchen’s signature Nana Italian-style tomato sauce.
This delicious base is then smothered in sweet, roasted peppers, aromatic garlic spinach, succulent Kalamata olives, and sauteed shrooms, before being blanketed in a generous handful of Wicked Kitchen’s mozzarella-style vegan cheese.
Wicked Kitchen was co-founded by two vegan chefs and brothers, Chad and Derek Sarno.
They own several restaurants, have received awards, and have even written recipe books, but now they are on a mission n to help people eat more plants through their range of convenient yet healthy meals.
