Amy's Organic Vegan Mushroom Bisque is made with organic mushrooms, leeks and Arborio rice combined with creamy organic coconut milk to make it a delicious dairy free alternative to our classic Mushroom Bisque. It can be served by itself, in a risotto or combined with other ingredients to create your own fabulous recipe!
