I can't believe how much I liked this. My husband said it smelled like Thai food. I wasn't too intrigued by the smell. we cooked it too long so we had to eat it with a fork and knife, and the look didn't appeal to me either. But I'm glad I tried it. It was so good. The flavors were good. The textures were good. The tofu was on point. It was creamy and tasty and perfect.
This wrap is absolutely delicious! I made for lunch at work, and the whole office was asking what it was. I love Amy's products, and this is one of my favorites.
