I can't believe how much I liked this. My husband said it smelled like Thai food. I wasn't too intrigued by the smell. we cooked it too long so we had to eat it with a fork and knife, and the look didn't appeal to me either. But I'm glad I tried it. It was so good. The flavors were good. The textures were good. The tofu was on point. It was creamy and tasty and perfect.
