I consider this a good starter. I added smoke flavoring as it was too bland for me. It was good. Alot of possible additions can be added. Would get again.
I love this! So does my weird foodie cat. It is wonderfully garlicky and creamy. I do not taste any artichoke, but I don‚Äôt care. It is perfect for me (and for Neko üòª).
I’ve smeared this on burger buns, baked it on baguettes, stirred it into pasta, etc.. Adds a nice subtle tang. Garlic isn’t overwhelming. Refrigerate after opening and maintain a thin layer of olive oil on top to keep it fresh. Will re-order.
