These red peppers from Poshi are fantastic ingredients. They are flame roasted before being preserved in their special concoction of vinegar and minerals to help keep them fresh and tangy. They work so fantastically well in sauces, as a sandwich filling, or just to snack on their own! We love blending these up with some roasted cashews and nooch for an amazing red pesto!
