Really tasty
I have bought this several times. It's easy and quite good. Very satisfying. Sometimes I add some frozen peas and carrots for a little color, but it's great as is.

Very Good, but Soupy
This dish was very easy to prepare and tasted very good, but the sauce came out too liquid. The directions call for 5 cups of water, I used 4 plus 1 cup of soymilk to make it creamier. I ended up with stroganoff soup so I added some Wondra to thicken the sauce, which worked fine. I also added some fresh sauteed mushrooms, as well as some white pepper and parsley. Highly recommended but suggest using less liquid than 5 cups.

Even BETTER than the "real thing"!
I made this for the first time tonight with mixed veggies on the side. I also sauteed a package of Gardein Beefless Tips and added them to the stroganoff. Not only was it effortless and quick to prepare, but DELICIOUS, even my non-vegan fiance approved! I am ordered more - now! :)
