It's delicious. I used it in spaghetti and it was great tasting with a great texture. If you're looking for a new take from them, however, you should know that it's literally just the same beyond meat beef product as they've always had, but in a ball, with a very very mild Italian flavor profile.
Excellent to serve with pasta and sauce. Tasty Italian spice profile. Better than Gardein meatballs IMO although I still buy Gardein to make meatball sandwiches.
