I love this cheese! My local health foods stores do not carry this flavor of Daiya and when I saw it, I had to buy it. The texture is creamy and delicious when you actually eat it and the flavor is just scrumptious. If you like a rich, tangy and perfect balance of jalapeno flavor with a slight with that signature Daiya taste, this is the cheese for you. If you are very sensitive to spicy foods, this is not the cheese for you because the jalapeno is very pronounced but I thought it was delicious. All in all, Daiya has once again, produced an amazing product that will definitely be a staple in my pantry.
