Dandies are an air puffed campfire style vegan marshmallow, completely free of animal-based gelatin! These light and fluffy Dandies melt just like regular non-vegan marshmallows and are made on dedicated vegan equipment, so they’re absolutely free from any animal products. Dandies are great in any application you would normally use a marshmallow for - S'mores, hot cocoa or just popping one your mouth as a snack. They make crisped rice treats just like the real ones, so you can have a batch of those tasty snacks any time you get the urge to bake up a batch. Heck, they even catch fire just like traditional non-vegan marshmallows, so they’re great for roasting, too! Dandies really are that delicious, so if you miss the flavor and texture of classic non-vegan marshmallows, they’ll give you just what you’re after. Certified Kosher, and GMO & gluten-free. 10 oz. bag is $5.39.
Ingredients: Tapioca syrup, vegan non bone char sugar, tapioca starch and/or potato starch, filtered water, carrageenan, soy protein, natural vanilla flavor

These are the marshmallows you remember from your childhood, but somehow even tastier. My one complaint is that they're a bit too small for roasting. They are, however, the perfect size for snacking and I ended up going through the bag ridiculously fast. I really hope Chicago Soydairy makes them in a jumbo campfire size soon!
My 4 bags just arrived. They Are Small! People must be using awfully thin sticks to toast these! I haven't tried them yet --I don't want to open them until our vacation next week. I'm tempted to buy some Sweet & Sara ones for the larger size... ??
How do these compare by size to other marshmallows? I'm hoping to have the kids toast them over a campfire ---they appear small...? I just ordered them for a trip in a couple weeks. I'm wondering if I should buy bigger (like Sweet&Sara) ones?
I cannot believe how good these are...I bought them to make rice crispie sqaures, but they are too good for that. They are light and a little spongy.....absolutly wonderful. And they are much better than the sweet & sara ones
So tasty :) Now my daughter doesn't feel left out at s'more time, and we get to share why we don't eat the 'other' kind :) Waiting for nutrition facts though, need to keep track of calories! :)
