Take some out and put in a bowl to thaw at room temp before eating- it condenses like coconut milk in the fridge and arrived that way. It’s supposed to expire in 2 days (got it on sale) but I’ll bet that it will last longer because of the condensing of the product. It has a very light creamy flavor and not much onion
