Good taste and in a recyclable number one container. I blended this cheese with 15 ounces of water and 2 tblsp of agar powder, salt;then heated it to make a block cheese in molds.

Really Great
Usually, I put nooch on foods where I would've put cheese if I wasn't vegan, but this stuff is far superior. Tastes great and the texture's wonderful. Expensive for what you get, but if you feel like treating yourself, I recommend this parmesan.

Just like real parmesan
My family who isn't vegan used this and loved it on our spaghetti. Trust me it's just like non-vegan parmesan!
