I love these and I use them in so many dishes and they never disappoint, they work so good as chopped steakless bits in dishes, love them!!!!!
These are my favorite from Gardein. I bake them in my toaster oven for 10 minutes and they are perfect.
Surprised to see people having trouble with mushy or disintegrating Gardein beef tips. I have always just baked them on a pan all by themselves in a toaster/convection oven and have never had that problem. I eat them by themselves. Maybe you should cook them first in a little oven or pan before adding to your more complex concoctions? Just found a bag buried in my big freezer, have no idea how old they are but I’m eating them!!!
They are good af ain lying
These remind me of beef tenderloin! I cook them like you would for beef burgundy and they are fantastic. A quick way of cooking them though is just with some liquid aminos, onions and mushrooms. These are a treat for me.
