It could be a tad bit more tart. I struggled to get a true key lime pie taste, but it is there. The cookie/pie ends are thick and have a great flavor, and the creamy filing is where you get the hint of lime. It has 428 calories, 8g saturated fat, 58g carbs, 38g of sugar, and 3g each for fiber and protein.
