So close to perfect
The taste is almost perfect. The only thing I would change for my perfect vegan jerky is I’d make this a bit less sweet, both to lower the sugar content nutritionally and to ever-so-slightly lower the sweet taste. But really, this tastes great. The texture is great, too, and it’s even less messy than most other vegan jerkies. But it have to take off one star for something on the outside of the package: the Non-GMO Project butterfly label. Attention Noble Jerky, paying for an anti-science logo on your packaging is bad.
