Was so delightful. This was good on every cracker we tried.
Hey Desi, thank you for sharing your experience. We are happy to read, that you like the cheese! Enjoy it! :) Best, Christina
This tastes different than regular blue cheese (not as sharp or strong) but is very very good, and interesting as well. It doesn't taste salty in the usual sense, but other reviewers I think are interpreting the umami flavor of the miso ingredient as a salty taste. At 8% of daily sodium intake per serving, it's moderate sodium for a cheese.
My non-veg partner says it’s great. ‘Not too strong, pairs well with red wine.’ Everyone else in the house is vegan and never had blue cheese before, and have COVID 19 reduced smell, but it seems ok to us too. Salty! Great to get a variety for the COVID smell test.
