I love all of Miyoko's cheeses. This one has not disappointed me, as it browns well and has a flavor similar to mozzarella . As long as you bake it long enough, it will stretch as well. I also love the price point she tries to keep her cheeses in, especially when I look at the cost of so many of the other vegan cheeses. Additionally, there is no deception in her packaging as to the amount of product you are buying.
THIS IS THE GREATEST STUFF FOR VEGANS. I BOUGHT THREE BOTTLES OF IT AND USED TWO ON MY HOMEMADE PIZZAS (NOT STORE BOUGHT PIZZAS). THEY CAME OUT GREAT AND THEY TASTED GREAT AS WELL. I DRANKED THE OTHER ONE DOWN AND WON A $100.00 BET. THIS GUY DID NOT BELIFE THAT PIZZA CHEESE CAME IN A LIQUID FORM, UNTIL I CAME ALONG WITH THIS PRODUCT.
