So good!!!
I've been looking for a chorizo to replace my favorite Tofurky chorizo that was discontinued. I really like this one! I'm picky about texture, and I thought this one was really good. Not too soft, not too chewy, just right. It was just the right amount of smoky and flavorful. I hope it sticks around.
