My Go To Ingredient
While I do love Elder raw with vegetables and crackers I have recently found that it's the perfect ingredient to make recipes creamy! I use it in pasta sauces, for grilled cheese, in spinach and artichoke dip, as part of a ranch-style dressing, the list goes on. This wheel is versatile and in my opinion, can be used as a cheese or cream cheese substitute.
