I switched from Pescatarian to Plant-Based (working towards WFPB), so I had to let my English Cheddar cheese go. THIS Cashew Nut Cheese- Everything Bagel is ‘da BOMB! I love it so much and just ordered two more! They’re a tad expensive, but I can’t help it. They’re perfect.
My mom is a die-hard dairy cheese fan. I wanted her to try this vegan cheese to see if she would possibly make some substitutions in the future for her health. I didn't even get a chance to try this wheel. She had eaten the entire thing in two days and is asking me when I'm ordering more.
