This 100% non-GMO and gluten-free soy jerky is made from pure defatted soy flour, but has the chew and taste of the jerky you remember. Gone are the nitrates and animal residues (sterols, growth hormones, antibiotics, etc.) you find in real dried animal meat.

AMAZING
This tears apart like meat, taste amazing, its seasoning is super delicious just wish it wasn't named country bacon, and texture isn't dry thanks to the added oil. Buy it anytime it's in supply at our co-op.
