The fennel is there! And the texture is *almost* as I remember in conventional artisanal sausage at the local pizza/ Italian restaurant back in the 1970s.

It is great. I’m on an oil free plant based diet and it’s hard to find meat substitutes without oil. This was delicious and on my weird diet.

The BEST!
I have been vegetarian for over 45 years and now going vegan. I have tried out every brand of protein entree that comes along. Thank goodness there are many to chose from now other than Worthington or MorningStar Farms. We like many of the MSF products, but they are not vegan. I picked up 'No Evil' Italian sausage the other day. We absolutely love it. We rate it far above any other of the now popular plant based meat products.

Outstanding!
This is, by far, my favorite versatile sausage. It's so good I'll eat it cold sliced, however we use it in our breakfast bowls and dinner entrees. It's very firm, slightly spicy (I'm a spicy heat wimp) and full of flavor! It is not a traditional "breakfast" flavored sausage. It is not sweet. Not flavored with sage but with fennel. Plus we love this company, what they stand for and their standards.
