good stuff
good stuff I have used these in countless dishes and they work so well from a meatless sauce for spaghettis or lasagna to tacos to stuffed peppers and so much more, yes I will be purchasing many more times.

Good for spaghetti
This is perfect for spaghetti! Adds some extra flavor and texture, plus an extra protein boost. I would highly recommend it! (I'm not ever vegan, nor vegetarian)

I haven't actually tried this yet. But I plan to for tacos. I have tried one of the Morningstar Farms and it was too thick. This was $1 cheaper than the other Morningstar Farms option I was considering buying and I don't remember if it was cheaper or the same price as the Beyond Meat brand. My local Walmart and grocery stores don't have the Boca ground beef.

great substitute
I keep this on hand in my freezer. We use it for hamburger in spaghetti, tacos, shepherds pie, lasagna, vegetable beef soup etc. Great Product.

love it
I've been thinking of changing to a plant based diet. I approach everything with baby steps, so I saw this in the supermarket and thought I would try it. I substituted it for ground beef in my cuban picadillo recipe. This was SO good. I had it with tostones and it was delicious. I will be trying this in my pasta sauce next. I think it will be great with spaghetti squash. Looking forward to trying their other products.
