This vegan take on the classic soup is made with simple vegan ingredients to bring all the flavor you love without anything animal-derived!

Upton's mission to make the vegan foods they want to buy led them to creating Chick Tortilla Soup. The complex flavors come from surprisingly simple ingredients such as black beans, Chick Seitan, tomato, cilantro, and lime. We added a touch of corn flour to capture the flavor of tortillas, without the need for added colors, flavors or preservatives.

Top this one with freshly baked or fried tortilla strips, or crushed tortilla chips.

Just cook over medium heat for 2-4 minutes in the saucepan, or, use a microwave-safe bowl for just 60-90 seconds for a hot bowl of soup you're going to love!
