Straight Bomb cheese. I would honestly eat it alone straight off of a stick like a soft savory popsicle. I am a HUGE fan of lavender in everything. This is the 2nd vegan cheese [and the 3rd cheese in general] featuring lavender that I've had, but it's definitely the best. It's got a great texture. I ate this on some crackers and added a blackberry spread and a fresh blueberry, those really rounded off the experience. They clearly use real lavender and not a fake lavender flavor, it does not have that "soap" flavor or smell that you get with other things. If you're not a fan of floral flavors, especially in a savory context like cheese, then I could see how you wouldn't like it. Make an educated decision before giving this a try. True lavender fans only!
