I used to buy the regular version of this before trying to switch over to a plant-based diet. I was very excited to try this vegan version but worried that it would not compare to the original version. Turns out it is just as good and maybe even better!!! Since I can't find it locally, I'm thankful it available (when not sold out) through Vegan Essentials. Put some avocado on top and this is my favorite meal!
This was better than I could have imagined!! The pasta is not bad at all for being gluten free. Buy several at once because the craving will hit hard.
