By far the best
I have tried many Vegan cheese from brands like Daiya and many others. All Violife products are head and shoulders better. From taste, melt and nutritionals, Violife makes plant based cheese taste like dairy cheese. Well done!
Delicious and lasts a while
This is very tasty, and has a pretty bold parmesan flavor as I remember it. It's hard and crumbly, and kind of oily like parmesan, too. And it melts. Great for pasta! I only wish I had a grater. If you don't have one, this is a bit tough to use. I ended up scraping and jabbing it with a fork to break off flecks and crumbs, which took a while and is a pain. I would definitely want to get a grater before getting this again. Delicious taste and mouthfeel.
