The texture is perfect, and you can cook it to be either crispy or on the chewier side. I have never had a better vegan bacon!
There are some decent vegan bacon's out there, but this one blows them all away. Tasty, satisfying and cooks up just right.
This is by far the absolute best substitute bacon to date. The texture and flavor are top of the line! Hoping to find it locally soon!

This is the only vegan bacon I buy. It tastes nothing like bacon (which is a plus, IMO) and it's absolutely scrumptious. It's marinaded in it's own package, perfectly smoky and the texture is perfect - crispy on the edges and meaty in the middle. Great for breakfast or sandwiches. I had it with pancakes today. Living compassionately tastes simply amazing! (-:
