I pan fried 8 minutes per side on medium heat. The exterior is crunchy, and the inside is juicy and savory. There really is no cheesiness inside, and there is no cheesy flavor, but it was very meaty and satisfying. I would order this again.
First I followed the instructions and cooked in air fryer for 16 min. A lot of oil came out, I threw it out, wiped the pieces but still got an unpleasant “fried oil” taste and an after eating indigestion. I decided to microwave instead. I microwaved on high for 6 min in a microwave platter for pizza, no cover. They still got crispy, and no fried oil flavor! I also love that they are low in sodium, 270 mg. Other vegan choices here can reach 2500mg per serving!
