Teese cheese is one of the best vegan cheese that my family tasted. Many people think that this product is expensive but that is wrong. It is big. And the people can cut in slices this cheese and keep in freezer. Never, we had to put in trash the cheese and we use that for a lot of recipes, including sandwiches. I hope that Teese cheese always exists and with the same ingredients. Thanks Teese cheese for exists!
I remember when Teese was the height of vegan cheese innovation. vegan cheese has come a long way but this stuff is still great (unlike daiya, which personally I just can't stomach). they stopped selling the little retail packs of this but I love that you can get the big wholesale one here. it's wonderful on pizza (a lot of my favorite pizzerias use it).
