Looks a lot like chick*n
Doesn't look like the image on the package at all. These filets look like real chicken filets at first glance. We baked them in the oven. They turned out like lightly breaded chick*n filets / cutlets with the meat in the same color range as cooked chick*n. Decent texture and taste. Add spices or sauce according to your palate. Would buy again.
Great alternative to chicken.
These are really good. Almost everything I have gotten from Viana has been good.
This product is good but..
When it comes to Viana chicken, it has a distinct taste. Not saying that the taste is bad but I probably wouldn't want Viana chicken products multiple times a week. With that being said, I cooked these in the oven and they tasted great!!! Even though Viana isn't something I'd want to eat all the time, I'd definitely buy this peoduct again.
Excellent Taste
This is the best chicken meat substitute I've tasted in a while. The patties are excellent. They are perfectly seasoned and the texture is perfect. I melted a little daiya cheese on mine, and it was perfect for lunch. Cooked nicely in the microwave.
not bad, great with just the right amount of spice added.
these were good, I added herbs d'provence and they tasted even better. Kind of small for $5.99, but worth trying.
