I am sooo addicted to the Thai Tom Yum!

I just love the THAI TOM YUM soup! It has so much flavor without being salty! It is very satisfying, and I just love the skinny little rice noodles! I eat about 6 of these every week, I have one in the afternoon, or sometimes just as a snack in the evening. It took me a couple of tries to perfect the microwave cooking directions so that it wouldn't overflow the cup, but once I figured it out (1:54 minutes in my 1100-watt microwave, then covered without cooking for 8 minutes) it always comes out perfectly cooked. (I've never tried the other flavor listed here.)
