I love hemp!! The taste is great :) I love hemp seeds on salads, in smoothies and in desserts. Great addition to my meals!
Used to use flax seeds (but to get the nutrients, not just have it be a fiber source, they need to be ground - hard to chew up on your own). Now I use hemp seeds. They taste delicious straight out of the container but I usually use them as a topping on my frozen soy desserts. Great in salads too. I would love to get a recipe for a healthy snack bar using hemp seeds !! <3
These are great to mix into meals for additional protein and omegas. Plus they have a very subtle taste that combines with anything. Highly recommended.
I mix a spoonful into many foods I eat and it's great! My favorite way to eat hemp seeds is to mix them into a rice dish.. adds a very interesting texture and flavor, and packed with nutrition!
