Received it today and made Italian sausage meatballs just using the ground and my DIY no salt added Italian sausage seasoning, baked for 15 minutes in oven and sprayed little olive oil on them! Juicy and delicious- I love this product
I have been battling to find vegan meats low in sodium, it is hard when one ages and has been on a vegetarian and vegan diet for over 50 years, was skeptical when I first received the ground meat, couldn't find many recipes for it. but I braved it and made myself small burgers. This is the first time I ever not burped/gas like, i love it that the taste is sublte and it is very good and low in sodium.
