By blending their plant-based Mindful Chik'n with brown rice, scallions, celery, bell peppers, peanuts and a traditional Kung Pao Sauce, Sweet Earth has created a flavorful, totally meatless rendition of this culinary hallmark.

I love most of the Sweet Earth foods, but this one's definitely my favorite! This is SUCH a delicious meal! The chick'n pieces have pretty much the same texture and flavor (!) of real chicken! The veggies are a good size, and retain their flavor and texture. All the flavors/spices are just right! (I don't like foods that are too spicy.) I never get tired of this meal! I have it at least once a week because it's my favorite!
